Growing Futures: FortisAlberta Supports Rolling Hills Ag Academy

On May 29, FortisAlberta had the pleasure of visiting Rolling Hills School to celebrate and support the Rolling Hills Ag Academy.

The Rolling Hills Ag Academy gives students hands-on experience with all things agriculture—caring for animals, learning about crops and immersing themselves in real-world farming tasks that tie right into their curriculum. It’s a true farm-to-classroom experience and we were so impressed by the passion and effort that’s gone into the program.

After touring the school, learning about the animals and meeting the freshly hatched goslings, we were proud to present a sponsorship cheque to help support the continued growth of the program. FortisAlberta Crew lead, Kevin Barath took time out of his busy day to connect with students and talk about powerline safety in a farming environment.
