At FortisAlberta, we pride ourselves on customer service and our commitment to those we serve, and we focus on exploring the best possible solution to each unique challenge or opportunity.

A key tool in this connection and collaboration is our Airdrie-based Customer Care Centre (CCC). Here, highly trained representatives work with those living throughout our service territory to ensure that their electricity needs are being met, and that any questions or concerns they may have about their service can be explored, and a solution can be found.
